If you are removing the panel from the My Leviton app as a troubleshooting step, please call technical services for assistance, you should not need to reset the hub or breakers.
Factory Reset should be used when a smart breaker or metering accessory cannot be enrolled into the my Leviton app.
Choose Manage from the Leviton Load Center interface:
Choose settings:
Choose Factory Reset
Choose to reset a smart breaker or metering accessory:
Turn each breaker you wish to reset to the off position. The window will not show green or red, it will be white. If you are resetting a meter accessory, turn the breaker that powers the meter off. You do not need to the breaker being monitored off.
Press continue
After pressing Continue turn the breaker back on. The window will show green. If you are resetting a meter accessory, restore power.
After turning the power on the app will confirm the breaker was factory reset.
