If you are removing breakers, an LWHEM or LDATA from the My Leviton app as a troubleshooting step, please call technical services for assistance, you should not need to remove a hub or breaker.
When resetting an LWHEM or LDATA it is recommended to use the Delete Breaker option for all of the connected breakers. If breakers are not deleted prior to removing the hub they may require additional steps including a factory reset prior to re-enrolling.
Depending on the installed equipment and app revision there may be slightly different flows. Both variations are shown with an "OR" between the screen shots
From the Load Center or Manage screen press Panel View:

Choose a breaker you wish to delete. If you are resetting the entire panel, this process will be repeated for all of the smart breakers in the load center.
Scroll down and choose the delete breaker option.
Confirm deleting the breaker:
When complete the breaker will be removed. If you are resetting the entire panel, repeat this process until all smart breakers are removed from the load center.
To Remove The LWHEM or LDATA:
- Confirm all Smart Breakers have been removed.
Choose Settings:

ONLY IF ALL BREAKERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, choose the Delete Leviton Load Center Option:
All breakers and the interface are removed and ready to be re-enrolled.
