The LWHEM is the replacement for the Leviton Smart Breaker Data Hub (LDATA). This article is for customers that currently have an LDATA and are transitioning to an LWHEM. The My Leviton app makes the transition easy by providing an installation wizard that transitions the connection between the LDATA and the breakers to the LWHEM. This article is only for the transition from an LDATA to an LWHEM. For wiring information or traditional installation information, please consult any of the following articles:

To transition from an LWHEM to an LDATA start by powering down the LWHEM (don't remove it from the app), install the LWHEM and connect it to power.
From the Device screen (lightbulb icon at the bottom) press the + in the upper right corner.
Choose Add Device.
Choose Load Center.
Choose Load Center: 2nd Generation LWHEM.
Choose I'm replacing the LDATA or LWHEM at an existing panel.
Confirm the LDATA is powered down and press Continue.
Ensure the LWHEM LED is flashing green, if it is not, follow the instructions found in the link "I don't see a flashing LED".
Bluetooth must be enabled on your mobile device, the app will scan for the LWHEM. Only one LWHEM should be powered at this time. If you have 2 LWHEMs see the article "How do I set up 2 Leviton Load Centers with Smart Breakers Mounted Next To Each Other?"
When the LWHEM is discovered, confirm the device name displayed on the screen and press Continue.
Select the Wi-Fi network.
Enter the password. If this is the first time entering the password check the option to remember the password for future enrollments. Press Next.
The app will now transition the LDATA configuration to the LWHEM.
Press finish. Your LWHEM is now configured with the same as the LDATA. The LDATA is no longer needed. The LWHEM offers two configuration options not available in the LDATA that you can now configure.
