To permanently delete your My Leviton account and all associated account data (including Account Credentials, Residences, Scheduled, Activities, Devices, Integrations, and Load Centers), you have two options:
- Using the My Leviton app, you can permanently delete your My Leviton account and all associated account data.
- Request to have your My Leviton account and all associated account data deleted, and be removed from My Leviton email marketing.
Delete your My Leviton account using the My Leviton app:
- To delete your My Leviton account, select the menu icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
- From the menu, select Account.
- Select your account name and verify the account details.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the Warning.
- If you choose to proceed, tap Delete.
Request to have your My Leviton account deleted:
You can have your My Leviton account and all associated account data deleted, and be removed from My Leviton email marketing upon request via email. You must email dssupport@leviton.com from the email address used for your My Leviton account.
Once verified, you will be notified via email that the account and associated data has been deleted.
