In rare cases, your Decora Smart Wi-Fi device may receive a “device is enrolled to another account” message. If you purchased a used device from another person (on eBay, Craigslist, Amazon Warehouse Deals or similar), please contact the previous owner and ask them to remove the device from their account via the My Leviton app. If you are unable to have the previous owner remove the device from their account, please contact our support team at dssupport@leviton.com.
If you purchased a new device at a retail or online store and you receive the message, the product may have been restocked as new despite not actually being new. In this case, please contact us at dssupport@leviton.com. We will request information about where you purchased your device so we can prevent this from happening in the future, and we will assist you with your return to the retailer.
