Absolutely! In the My Leviton app, you can invite up to 19 additional users to operate the Decora Smart devices in your Residence. They can be added as a Guest or an Administrator.
A Guest can turn devices on and off, run activities and room scenes, and change the mode between Home/Away. A Guest cannot add or remove devices, users, schedules, activities, room scenes, and cannot install System Updates.
An Administrator can turn devices on and off, run activities and room scenes, change the mode between Home/Away, add devices, add users, add schedules, add activities, add room scenes, and can install System Updates. An Administrator cannot remove devices, users, schedules, activities, or room scenes.
Inviting a User
To invite Users, select the menu icon [≡] in the upper right corner of the screen.
From the menu, select Invited Users.
All current and pending (invited) Users on your account will be displayed. To add a new user, press the + button on the top-right of the screen, then:
1. Enter the email address of the person that you want to invite to be a User.
2. Select the Residence(s) that you are inviting them to control.
3. Select the User Role: Administrator or Guest.
4. Press the Invite button.
5. Press Ok to confirm and invite the user.
You will then receive a conformation that the invitation email has been sent to the User. Press Ok.
An email will be sent to the email address of the Invited User. If the Invited User does not currently have a My Leviton account, the email will walk them through creating an account.
Until they accept the invitation, they will be listed as Pending under Invited Users. After they accept the invitation, they will be listed as Confirmed under Invited Users.
If the Invited User didn't receive the invitation email, you can resend it by selecting the Pending user and then selecting Resend Invitation. You can also cancel the invitation by selecting Cancel Invitation.
Modifying an Invited User
After a User has been invited, you can change their role, add them to additional Residences, and remove them from Residences.
To modify and Invited User, select the user from the Invited Users screen.
To change a user's role or remove the user from a Residence, select the Residence under ACCEPTED.
Select a new ROLE for the user or remove the user form the Residence, by selecting the Remove From Residence button.
To add the user to an additional Residence, select one of the Residences under NOT INVITED to invite the User to that Residence.
