Traditionally, in residential load centers it was common practice to land neutral wires on a shard neutral bar. The Leviton Load Center supports this common wiring practice for basic overcurrent protection breakers; however, it is best practice to land each neutral wire next to each breaker.
Electronic breakers like AFCIs, GFCIs, and Smart Breakers monitor electrical current on each circuit individually so the neutral connection must be terminated on the silver neutral connection at the breaker and not on the neutral bar. If the neutral is not connected at the breaker you will not see current data in the My Leviton App. If your installation is a service change it is recommended to read the article Key Considerations For A Leviton Load Center Service Change.
The neutral must land at the Smart Breaker to ensure proper current draw readings.
