There are several scenarios that involve resetting devices in the app or with the device rocker or button. The following outlines what happens both in the My Leviton app and the device.
Remove A Device In The My Leviton App:
- If the device appears in a schedule, the schedule will remain and any other devices in the schedule will continue to turn on or off at the selected times.
- If the device is re-added to My Leviton it will need to be added back to any schedules.
A 7 Second Hold Device Wi-Fi Reset:
- The schedule will continue to show in the My Leviton App
- The device will continue to show in the My Leviton App and will eventually show as disconnected
- Any schedules loaded in the device prior to the reset will continue to run unless power is removed
- When the device is reconnected to the My Leviton App it will be reconnected to the schedule
A 14 Second Hold Full Device Default
- Schedules in the device will be removed
- The device will continue to show in the My Leviton App and will eventually show as disconnected
- When the device is re-enrolled to the My Leviton app it will be reconnected to the schedule
